For private label ready orders, we offer a fast, streamlined route, while custom orders via private label custom require a more specific approach. Because every order is different, we explain both methods step by step on this page, so you know exactly what to expect.

With BottleX, you can easily launch your own care line, with a choice of fast private label ready or custom-made private label custom. Discover the steps of each process below.

Browse through our wide selection of Private Label Ready products and choose the item you wish to order. If needed, request a sample to test the product before making a final choice. Once you have selected the product, you can choose your desired packaging and design your own label.

For Private Label Ready, you can choose from a selection of high-quality, standard packaging options that are immediately available. These packages are designed to be quickly and efficiently customized for your brand, for example, by adding a label or a simple branding option.

Design your label

For our Private Label Ready products, you can choose from standard labels that can be quickly and easily customized to your brand identity. Add your logo, colors, and company name for a professional and recognizable look.

Step 4

Fast delivery

Once your order is complete, we will begin shipping immediately. Within Europe, we aim for delivery within one week; for the Benelux region, it's even within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. A track & trace code will be automatically sent, allowing you to follow your package in real-time and know exactly when it will arrive.

Delivery & Transportation

Shipping costs for Private Label Ready orders are calculated based on weight and country of delivery. The following rates apply to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg:

Free shipping on orders over €500 (for both products and samples).

For orders under €500: €12.50 for products (possibly in combination with samples).

For orders under €500 that only contain samples: €7.50.
