Private label custom

step-by-step plan for custom product line

Selection and intake

We start with your idea, wishes, target audience, and desired print run. Together, we determine whether a custom solution is the right route.

Quotation & order

After the intake, you will receive a clear quotation for the development phase. Once approved, we will schedule the project.

Development & samples

In the lab, we develop the formula and make samples. You test and assess whether the product fits your brand.

Production & documentation

Upon approval, we produce your product with care. We can fully take care of the necessary documentation and certification for you.

"A professional cosmetic product requires more than just a good formula. That is why we work according to GMP guidelines and established quality processes where safety, traceability, and consistent quality are paramount. Every production run is supervised with care and attention, ensuring your brand can be positioned in the market professionally and reliably."

minimum quantities for customization

MOQ for your own recipe

Minimum quantities for custom work

Customization requires realistic minimum quantities. Therefore, we work with an appropriate MOQ per product group.

Perfume, serums and oils
From 10 kilos. This is approximately 100 pieces of 100 ml or 200 pieces of 50 ml.

Shampoos, gels and creams
From 10 kilos. This is approximately 100 pieces of 100 ml or 200 pieces of 50 ml.

Waxes and pomades
From 200 kilos. These are hot-fill productions and require a different production method.

We prefer to work on formulas, perfumes, raw materials, and packaging using our existing portfolio. This allows us to develop efficiently and keep unnecessary residual costs to a minimum.

Would you like a completely new recipe or specific packaging? That is also possible. Materials purchased specifically for your project that remain after production are properly charged to you.

PRODUCE YOUR PRODUCTS LEAN

Production: In-house mixing, filling, and labeling

At BottleX, we handle the entire production process in-house: from mixing and filling to labeling, packaging, and preparing for shipment. This allows us to maintain control over every step and ensure that your product is finished professionally.

We work according to a lean and GMP-oriented working method. This means: structured production, clean working, efficient planning, and continuous attention to quality and safety.

Because development, production, and finishing are closely linked, we can switch gears quickly and the process remains clear. From formula to finished product, we build cosmetics that are right: technically, visually, and practically ready for your customer.

Safety and documentation

At BottleX, we think beyond just the product. We also help you with the right documentation, so that your private label cosmetics can be brought to market professionally and responsibly.

Think of CPNP registrations, PIF dossiers, MSDS sheets, and the Cosmetic Product Safety Report. We can take care of these components for you or coordinate them through specialized partners.

This way, you know that attention is paid not only to the formula, packaging, and appearance, but also to safety, legislation, and proper preparation for sales.
